Austin Andrews
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate
Austin looks forward to working with clients. With a background in Psychology, Social Work, and trauma-informed trainings he has found that there are many different paths to reach a point of healing and what Maslow might call "self-actualization." He understands that the idea of therapy can be daunting if not yet experienced, or maybe you have and it went poorly, and maybe you're just looking to engage with yourself in a new way. Through the use of art therapy techniques, sand tray therapy techniques, play therapy techniques, and traditional talk therapy his clients can explore underlying anxieties and worries, experiences (traumatic and non-traumatic), and behaviors that you feel keep you from moving forward.
Austin offers therapy services to ages 8+ years of age. His primary focus is on individual therapy, however, he has availability to work with families and couples as well.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate
Dana Washington is a licensed clinical mental health counselor associate (LCMHCA). She earned her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University and a B.S. in Social Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Dana was raised in Maryland and currently lives outside of Fayetteville, North Carolina. She gained life experience through military service, mentoring, coaching, as well as trial and error.
Dana decided to peruse a counseling degree to help others through tough journeys and experiences. Dana is committed to helping you create new routines and levels of discipline built around personal goals and values. She works with a diverse population dealing with widespread mental health issues like depression, anxiety, autism, ADHD, binge eating, PTSD, and other stress induced conditions. Dana’s goal is to connect with those considering counseling or mental health support to understand and process how experiences and roles impact life.
Dana considers her approach to counseling an eclectic one. Her treatment strategies mix different theoretical approaches to balance mindful awareness, a genuine and empathic relationship with the client, and a collaborative effort at identifying what changes can be made to minimize emotional and behavioral disruptions. She believes that healing and overcoming obstacles require active participation and work outside of sessions.
